The hotel is nice, and has excellent amenities like air conditioning, 24-hour reception, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff even helped me return documents I accidentally left on my first stay! I highly recommend it for a comfortable experience. I'm definitely coming back for Christmas.

Fantastic stay, as always. Fairly clean and fantastic hotel, great location to Lloret de Mar centre. Informative staff, comfy room with balconies. A good choice of options, fresh food.

Very friendly staff, breakfast was ok.
Too hot in the rooms. You can not turn of the heater individually in the room, so at night you are obliged to open the window. The problem, Saturdays you have life musik downstairs, which you hear when opening the window. So you have the choice of not sleeping because of heat or because of the noise. I had choosen the noice :-)

The staff was always polite and eager to help.
Unfortunately, the dining room was quite dark and uninviting. The high prices for drinks during meals were surprising, as bringing our own was not permitted. The shower in our bathroom did not have any protective barrier, which resulted in a wet floor after use.

Location very convenient to beach, castle, walking distance to city proper and shops. Staff well mannered and responsive. Parking space fee daily across hotel is reasonable and safe. Breakfast buffet is very good.
Very limited parking space - first come, first serve. Need to park elsewhere.

I think it's a problem of all Costa Brava hotels that to get the real picture of the hotel quallity/comfort, you need to deduct 1 star. Continental for me is a 2-star hotel and nothing more

It is near busstation and the view from the window is amazing! Good breakfast. I liked tv and balcony with amazing view as well!

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with air conditioning in the room helping to create a pleasant atmosphere , and the hotel's location is conveniently situated just a few minutes walk to the beach, making it easy to explore the area.
